Drill is an important part of Cadet training.  Drill promotes success within a group by promoting discipline, alertness, precision, pride, steadiness and cohesion.  Senior Cadets will gain confidence, assertiveness and supervisory skills while speaking in front of a group that will require correcting personnel on their dress and personal drill skills.
